Dr. Kristi Tough DeSapri, MSCP, CCD
Dr. Kristi Tough DeSapri is a board-certified internist and national leader in midlife women’s health, specializing in menopause, osteoporosis, and bone health. She trained at the Cleveland Clinic and previously directed the Women’s Bone Health program at Northwestern Medicine. In 2023, she founded Bone and Body Women’s Health to provide personalized care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. A certified menopause practitioner and clinical densitometrist, she is also a sought-after speaker, educator, and advocate for women’s health.

Raised in Western New York, Dr. Sonya Ephraim has always had a passion for women’s health. From the age of 8 when she opened her favorite toy, The Visible Woman, she knew she wanted to be a physician. Through the encouragement of her parents and excellent mentorship she realized her dream earning her medical degree at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Buffalo, NY.
