We have been friends for over a decade. Midlife friends are the best! We have navigated two children, three husbands, ten careers, and a lifetime of adventures. We have tried hundreds of supplements, explored numerous food plans, supported hundreds of clients and friends, shed millions of tears, and shared countless moments of laughter. Through it all, we have learned valuable lessons and discovered the secrets to living our best lives yet.
In May of 2022, we got together for lunch and began talking about midlife sex! We shared things that we had never discussed before. And why not? Realizing that many conversations about the down and dirty of menopause were not happening, we decided to collaborate and co-author a book on the midlife experience. Our book Midlife Upgrade, A Girlfriends Guide to Finding Your Power in the Pause, will be released in October of 2024 with an online community and program to follow shortly.
